Marlencio specializes in:

• Export of marble, granite, and natural stone

• Supply to both B2B (business clients) and B2C (individual customers)

• Global shipping and custom stone orders

4. Products & Specifications

5. Orders & Confirmation

An order is only confirmed when:

1. We issue an official invoice, and

2. Payment terms are agreed upon.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Bank Transfer (preferred)

• Cash (Egypt local transactions only)

Prices may be listed in EGP, USD, or EUR depending on the order

Full payment terms (deposit %, remaining balance, etc.) are included in each invoice.

7. Shipping, Logistics & Incoterms

We offer multiple shipping options depending on buyer preference, including but not limited to

• FOB (Free on Board)

• EXW (Ex Works)

• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)

The buyer is responsible for:

• Customs clearance in the destination country

• Import duties, taxes, and fees

• Providing accurate delivery information

Once goods are handed to the carrier under the agreed Incoterm, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because natural stone products are heavy, customized, and often cut-to-order

• Orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

• Refunds are not available once the goods are shipped.

• In special cases, we may allow cancellation before production minus administrative fees.

9. Liability

Marlencio is not liable for

• Damage caused by transport (covered by shipping insurance if selected)

• Delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers

• Misuse or mishandling of products after delivery

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the invoice

10. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
